Day 5
Day 1 weight=99.4
Day 5 weight=96.1
Total lost = 3.3kg / 7.2 pounds.
Exercise = 10 kilometers.
So I have lost have a stone in 5 days so so far its going to plan. It is hard especially the cravings especially watching tv or going into town, so many fast foods etc but they say first 10 days is the hardest and im getting there 2 more days left in week 1, just need keep exercising because after a good long walk im not as food craving as I would b b4 my walk
