    34wt loss days to xmas.

    Ànd 365 days to come after that.
    Weight loss is a marathon not a sprint.

    I know but its a target I have set and hopefully ill reach my goal of 85 kg by then. And then carry on til my full target.

    Nice idea. Small steps are good for achieving goals regularly and keeping yourself motivated. Cut the carbs and keep up with the exercise and you should see more progress soon.

    I'm really pigging out these days, eating everything her good-self puts in front of me, I have high cholesterol but she is looking after me, full fat butter and milk and Full Irish Breakfast every day, even twice/three a day on occasions.

    take her out of the will and notice your diet change lol

    looking to do something similar 85kg is my 1st goal set but im 92kg

    was sick this week so didnt get out much workouts , hopeing to get back into it this week though , and off the drink untill the 12th as the drink is a stopper for weight loss ,

    but Yamser I couldn't do that, she would feed me lots rabbit food then, buy me exercise bikes and thread mills, take me swimming etc, I really like my diet at present its tasty and keeps meat on my bones and the cold out I really like my life at the minute, being one fat, lazy ba*tard.
