I have to say that after 10pm & every day I am not working, my work phones are switched off. I find that I need a break when I'm not working, especially the phones, so in order not to stress myself I switch phones off until I'm back at work. Don't get me wrong, when I switch them back on & see all the stupid texts & ridiculous times guys have rung, I know that had my phones been switched on, I would be in such a bad mood, so my advice is to switch off all of your phones when you're not working. For example, I had 15 missed calls from one idiot alone at 6.15am this morning.
