youre a sex addict (a real one) get therapy is my advice, maybe start with your gp? theyll probably refer you to the right sort of councillor/psychologist. either that or cut out the porn/being sleazy to women and seeing them as sex objects in your daily life

exercise i find is a great distraction. running football cycling etc its important to have various exercise regimes because if you were just running it gets boring after a while. some days i run, some days i cycle etc
