Default Increased TORL activity, what could this mean

TORL (Denise Charlton) have been extremely active lately with their propaganda ratcheted up to maximum. Are they sensing that the unthinkable could happen, (swedish model could be rejected by civil servants) so they are applying pressure on politicians via silly media stunts etc.
Only guessing here, but there must be something going on behind the scenes.

The recent Westminster decision has to be a factor here. The type of arguments TORL use were effectively torn to shreds in one short speech by one Labour MP and the accompanying amendments taken straight out of the equation. Most horrifyingly for TORL, actual evidence had been looked at and sex workers listened to. Both those factors are the kiss of death for abolitionists and the current campaign, hysterical and ridiculous even by TORL standards, has to be a reaction to that.

I don't think anyone seriously believes the Dail will have the good sense to heed the facts any more than Stormont did, but the Westminster decision is a huge elephant in the room.
    2014 in Northern Ireland:

Number of reported attacks on sex workers 70

Number of sex trafficking cases ZERO

I think that they are trying to keep the momentum of the Northern Irish bill moving so that they will 'succeed' in the Republic too.

Well it could mean a bit of jockeying for position among some TORLER groups for the Mullah which will become available to 'assist' down on their knees compliant sex workers! That's the main reason some of those groups are backing this insanity along with hatred of sex workers, sex work and men! Fascistic groupings always end in vicious rows over money and power!
It could also mean that there is a bit of a stumbling block in introducing this insanity something called the Constitution and if they bully enough they may fool some politicians and the public into trying to override it, in the hope that their insanity will never be subject to challenge in The Supreme Court! It Will!
Anti Prostitution laws are extremely difficult to draft, they could accidentally make dating and marriage illegal (no doubt some prominent TORLERS would love to make Heterosexual marriage illegal!) and any rushed law will be a flawed law legally! So ala half the main TORLER groups effort to bring in a law previously, which actually has killed at least 1 woman, the completely insane law to equate in legal value terms a woman's life with a foetus, it could actually have an unintended side effect, in that case actually legalising abortion!
    Ride them on the beaches!
