The answer our constitution in Ireland as a republic all men are created equal, you cannot convict one persons and not the other of the same crime we are all equal
But the uk Sweden and Canada have kings and queen, thus not all men are equal in there country as the king or queen is top dog,

Ireland will need a constitutional change with massive knock on effects
Prostitution already illegal in USA apart from some regulated brothels in nevada. so no need 2 bring in new laws 2 criminalise end demand.

the Puritans had huge effect on USA laws an society. more puritanical an repressed than here sweden canada. if they were to adopt the swedish model they wud be legalising one half of the transaction that is already illegal. wud never happen. i wudnt look to USA or ROI 4 inspiration on equality an liberalism.

So it seems visiting a lady in Northern Ireland for a good old fashioned caning or whipping will be ok within the new NI rules

British Police, unlike the Guards, have no power to stop and ask anyone on foot to account for their movements or to identify themselves, except under certain circumstances.
Most police powers for police on the street refer to police in uniform.
    Can see difficulties in enforcement.
Could end up as just a unenforceable, "trophy bill" for Lord Morrow.
