    those hats are very irish
    last time i saw one was year's ago on my grandfather
    dont see them any more
    old ireland i guess

    Kind of the wrong question, perhaps its how far you go, no pun intended rather than how often. I cycle about 250-270k a week just now taking 2 days rest per week,but hope to get up to 400-500k per week when I eventually fully recover from injuries, taken over a year to get to this point but it very much looks as if my triathlon days are over as I still can't run at all which I am hugely pissed off about ( Driver on mobile knocked me down...nice of him)

    you must be fit to accomplish that with a good racer. used to do that.
    now i cycle less distance and take my time to enjoy it.

    They used to be an old lads hat but now i see more ladies wearing them and i think they suit the ladies more.
