    Default Leaving Ireland...

On October 31 at 10 AM, after having been here for a third of my life, I will leave Ireland. I have been awake for over 40 hours straight at this point, packing up the last 12 years of my life here. Everything I have has fit into 9 boxes and 3 suitcases. It's strange to see all it that way; a significant and important chunk of my life reduced to little more than portable memories...

For those of you who know me and know my story, you know where I'm going and why. I will be heading off for a new chance at a fresh start, and hopefully in a more prosperous and fruitful life direction. Things just didn't work out for me here, so I'm off to try something else for now...

But make no mistake, THIS IS NOT GOODBYE to E-I! I'll still be a regular reader and contributor to the E-I boards, no matter where I am! The best part of an online community is that it truly is a community without borders, so I'll always be a part of it, no matter where I go. And I'm sure that before too long, I'll be popping back over to this enchanted little island for a visit and a punt or two.

So, I bid Ireland a fond farewell for now, and want to show my appreciation for the fine people I've met from this little community of misfits and perverts, both escort and punter alike. All the best to you, Ireland and E-I. It's been a real experience. Hope to grace your shores again soon.

    Sincerely,

    --Cable 87

Cable, I'm truly stuck for words here.
I've been lucky enough to have shared a couple of very enjoyable gatherings in your company, even if you take all the attraction from the beautiful ladies.
I'm not one for good byes, but you'll be sadly missed by everyone who knows you.
    Until we meet again,
    Wick.

    Hello my friend.

I wish you all the best in your new endeavors. It is a shame Ireland didn't work out for you but I know why you are going.
I hope your new life brings you success and happiness.

It has been a pleasure to know you and I regard you as a good friend.

Please stay in contact and look after yourself.

Hopefully we will see you back this way again and a few beers will be shared no doubt.

    Regards

I suppose I am one of the lucky ones.
I qualified in the early 80s and throughout all the bad times in the 80s
and early 90s I was never a day out of work.
Made an exceptionally good living in the boom and managed to come out of the
latest recession intact and things picking up now.
However a lot of friends emigrated in the 80s and some of my former workers
    emigrated in the latest recession
My son who I had hoped would take over the business has emigrated
as there is little prospects for him in his chosen field here.
Some of my friends sons and daughters have emigrated within weeks of graduating
    from college.
The banks have a lot to answer for the havoc they have wrecked on Irish
    families.
I am who I am and I am happy with who I am.

Don't look back and don't be sorry.
I can't leave due to a lot of reasons, the main one being the parents. In their late 70,s now . If I went they be fucked. Pay back time.
Hope all woks out well for you
