"Why new law banning the purchase of sex is patronising and problematic"

Yet another common-sense article from a serious newspaper condemning Lord Morrow's Bill.
Unfortunately, politics, especially Northern Ireland politics, is not about common-sense, or reasoned, logical, well thought out, ideas.

    Good article.

people (just like you) telling you not to:

    pay for sex
    go England for abortion
    use banned substances

they need to FUCK OFF out of my life and control theirs.

that was the most concerning aspect of the 'debate'. some people think THEY know what's best for ME

what will they try to control next?

Interesting well thought out commentary. Unfortunately Ms Fitzgerald will not be swayed by any of it . This government will do all it can to deflect attention away from water charges , they have had their two weeks to bash SF now they will move on to another easy target .

As suggested in the article, it is about Lord Morrow getting brownie points (and votes) from crazies like the Evangelical Protestant Society.

It is my belief that everyone from the man walking the street's to people in every society be it politics, religion, Ifa, businessmen, T.D's, office worker's, gardai, army etc visit escort's and i have no doubt in my mind about that but they are hiding behind their images. They have not got the gut's to speak out and tell the truth that independent escort's are providing a service where as otherwise their would be more rape's e.t.c. Anything that's working perfect in this country they have to come along and fault it someway. Most of these old bag's are past it or else frustrated old cunt's who would love to visit escort's but haven't the balls to do it. Instead they watch porn and pull's they mickey off themselves. Law or no law i will still visit the ladies as i have no other comfort in this prick of a country.
