    this is what I miss
    It looks lovely. Hard to find anything like that in Ireland I'm afraid. Lough Derg is the closest thing that comes to mind, it's beautiful in early autumn along the Scarriff/ Mountshannon side.

    I am a little biased being from Cork but Kinsale is very hard to beat

    Austria, Germany, Poland. There are places I know of, where you have forest so big and deep, that you can walk days and meet no one. I remember horse riding without a map or anything there. GPS never covered that part. My only SatNav was in my horse's head.
