    Default Criminals ?

    If we become criminals for buying sex,,,does that make the girls earnings,,"the proceeds of crime" and subject to being seized by the CAB

    And if not, will this be the only criminal activity not subject to CAB ?

    This is only a theoretical question, but would like to see it discussed

    I don't think so because the law would only criminalise the buyers of sex. The escorts themselves would not be breaking the law so I wouldn't think they could have their earnings taken.
