The new laws in NI are unenforceable and won't help a bit against the scourge that is human sex trafficking and what's worse is that the political parties know that it won't help. The laws are just for show, a way for them to appeal to religious nuts and say that NI is a cold house for sex work. NI politics is rarely about substance.
PSNI do not have the resources to force it in any big way with all the cuts that are happening.
