Probably better from the escort's viewpoint that she did. Refusing service on the basis of knowing him could have resulted in bad feeling and the fact that they went ahead means he's very unlikely to share the information with anyone else.

It's also, I'd suggest, a pretty hot scenario, where her former boss is actually paying her for sexual services. I'd take that deal any day.
