Mr Givan claimed prostitution inflicted "misery" on the lives of sex workers, and led to women being used as "a commodity

There is some serious irony in that sentence considering how he treated Laura Lee.. I would think she felt more misery with him than any of her clients grrr

That was a masterclass in bullying and ignorance.

Number of reported attacks on sex workers 70

Number of sex trafficking cases ZERO

    Good man mr Ford....

"Mr Ford said it was wrong "just to dismiss it, because it doesn't reach the conclusions that the justice committee might have wished".

Absolutely - a sane man. Laws should never be made based on personal opinion.

Dr Susann Huschke has just spoken on BBC NI News along with findings from the research paper. Good to see that her hard work is getting broadcasted & recognised.

    Sandy x
In memory of an awesome woman Laura Lee RIP
It's so difficult to articulate just how much she meant. Inspirational, brave and irreplaceable - our hero.
Please do what you can for her daughter. Deeply appreciated.
