I recently submitted a review and although I was sure I picked all the correct options the review was marked negative which was not my intention, I think it would be far better if the option fields are defaulted to blank and when someone tries to submit the review it tells them they must fill in the marked fields, that way you are far more likely to actually read the options and pick the correct one!!
