Do you remember when driving a car, you had to have someone walk infront of you with a flag to let people know a car was coming???

The main reason mods were given the capability to ban profiles was because of trolls.............

I think the best case scenario is a panel made up of both sides so as to always have someone at hand more often then not with each dealing with just one section in rotation and then put 3 people (one Escort, one Client and Patricia) whose job is to vote when a situation arises were the forum feel a mod stepped outside their brief and those 3 only job is to vote on whether to remove them. That way everyone is answerable to someone and no one is all powerful or omnipotent.

And no single overseer has the power to remove a mod but because there are 3 then they can never be a hung jury.
