    I'm still a relative newbie, but it just struck me "Is punting a crime?" I hadn't thought about it up to now, but
    could you be "busted" on the job so to speak and what are the consequences?

    It's not a crime but the prices they charge are criminal

    At the moment it is more of a SIN than a CRIME, but moves are afoot to make it a CRIME.
