Well like you said, if he sticks to the girls who have ASK in their price bracket then those ladies are openly saying that they are happy to negotiate, if the escort and client can come to an agreement then of course she should offer her full standard potential or if he sees someone who advertises rates within his price range.

But if he was to phone a girl up like me for example then ask for a discount then I just know I would be resentful for it if I was desperate enough to take the booking (which I wouldn't be). There are always plenty of decent people out there willing to pay your rates.
