Okay, I am going to the same hairdresser since I was 10.I booked a time for yesterday 11.30am.
Booking was made from weeks ago, and confirmed every day since Monday.
Reasons
1 . They used to be busy.
2. I wanted to keep my booking as I was going to leave the country in the afternoon, so I had to be done before 7 pm
3. Because I hate to wait.

So, I got there 20 min before, and I still had to wait till 1 pm for them to put the colour on my hair.
Another 40 mins to wash and dry.

I had to wait for 3 hours more to get my hair cut, because was busy.

I hate so much unprofessionalism.ffs got there at 11.10 and I left a bit after 8 pm.

I am a hairdresser and that's an awful way to run a business. Depending on what you were having done with your colour it would be 45-60 mins to apply (assuming it was highlights) 35-45 mins to develop, 10 mins to wash and then 45 mins for cut and blow dry so if you came into out place at 11am then you would have been out by 2pm and we were a very busy salon, one of if not the biggest hairdressing company in the world so we had to be professional x

You should have booked 2 or 3 different hairdressers for the same time and go to which ever one was free.
