I would take this definition as she offers a vanilla service. Vanilla basically means she doesn't offer a wide variety of likes. Perhaps massage, oral and sex.

Basic can be used by someone who lacks the verbal skills to use a better word, or because someone does not want to be very precise (or explicit).
