Hi, I didn't know the medical term for it and googled it and that's what it give me.. Labia type projections,
In this link it shows a small diagram so i'm really talking about the flaps on the urinary meatus, its one of these flaps that had been badly stretched and I remain with a lump of loose skin on the head that doesn't disappear when it is erect either,
