From my understanding, OWO has a small, theoretical risk.
For full sex without a condom however, the risks are high and well known. Can't understand why anyone would do it, or offer it.

The risks with OWO may be relatively small to a punter who only has.....let's say a booking once a month so that's only 12 chances of catching something but as an escort who see's 3 men a day 5,6 or 7 days a week that's 720 bookings a year calculating it on 5 days a week so basically it's the best part of a thousand chances a year of catching something in my throat and then passing it on.....to me that's a HUGE risk and one that I'd never be prepared to take.
