Texting girls in a sexual way is cheating.
Spending time with escorts for time and companionship is cheating.
If its got something to do with being intimate with someone and you hide it from your partner then its cheating.

I think everybody knows seeing escorts while in a relationship is cheating and wrong and try to make themselves feel better and less guilty by hearing people say its ok to see escorts, its not cheating and they want to hear escorts say its ok.

Not if it is with the partners consent, such as in a Swinging relationship or an open relationship. As Alex said, it is the fact of breaking a promise or without consent that makes it cheating.
