Reputation points

I've just noticed I have acquired a few thousand "reputation points" and I'm wondering if or where I can redeem them. Will I get a travel kettle or maybe a set of luxury bath towels, or are the escorts in on this as well, do they accept "reputation points". I'm very excited at the thought of possibly getting some handy gadget for the car or some other bonus prize.
How do I go about this process???
