    due to the links between criminality and smileys (they are illegal) we shall continue to disrupt these activities.
    we work with the community to protect them from the scourge of (illegal) smileys.

    It is not the fault of the smileys. It is the people who use them. It is the people who use them that should be criminalised.

    due to there being a lot of smileys (despite what the law says).
