I would expect that hygiene and manners are the most important attributes for a client but is there a health and safety angle with large clients - well one could get squashed or something !

I am sure that it affects position! I mean if a girl is eight stone in weight and the guy is 24 stone and he was to put all his weight down on the girl in, say, the missionary position, it would be a seriously crushing experience!
