I never take bookings by PM. For one reason I may only check PM's once or twice a day so I could miss it. I think a lot of ladies are the same.

I agree, what's wrong with a call? If I don't answer I'm busy, leave a message & I'll get back to you, more of an immediate answer. Even bookings by pm, I request a telephone number before I'll accept the appointment, no number = no appointment, then you still have to ring me to confirm.
