How do I join groups?

I came across () Sexy Fernanda's group so i clicked on one of her pics and got "You must be a member of this group to view or add pictures" and no sign of where to join it...

where it says the group name in capitals on the greyish bar/line, over on the right click group tool and then join

Last time I joined one there was a button that said "Join group"
Have the EU got their hands on this process too now and added a few hoops to jump through?
