What about nosy neighbours, the local gossip, people who work in that location, you would be surprised what gets noticed.

if theres a few in the same apartment then it would have a lot of visitors but most are discreet going in and out and go un noticed... i was on another housing forum before and it was advising people not to buy in this certain area that it was full of drugs and prostitutes so yeah i see where your coming from

In fairness it goes both ways. Some escorts won't provide you with any details of their specific location until you are within sight and in order to follow their directions you need to have your phone to your ear. This is the nerve-wracking part of any punt for me, especially in a small town like Galway.
