nice day out for a cycle

so went for a cycle up the waterworks

lovely trek nice scenerey , got a flat lol half way on the trip haha but lucky it was all downhill at that point , burnt about 900 calories before lunch , good start to the day me thinks lol

get a racer man. much quicker than a hybrid. buy a good one as well 600+. cycling is addictive. trust me you will love it
