Wow. So much misinformation, so little time.

    Okie dokies, quick rundown.

It's entirely LEGAL to work for a brothel or agency - it's entirely ILLEGAL to be involved in the management of a brothel or control the activities of a prostitute.

It's entirely LEGAL to work alone on an apartment - it's ILLEGAL to rent out a room, it then becomes a brothel whether there are two girls there at the same time or one in subsequent days or weeks. The person committing the offence is not the girl renting to room but the person who took out the rental contract and it is that person who will be prosecuted, with the girl who rented the room from them usually asked to be a witness. If she refuses to be, she may be charged alongside with management of a brothel.

It's entirely LEGAL to advertise sexual services, soliciting refers to on street activities and I know of no case where a lady has been entrapped on the telephone in any country. It's easier to go and see the lady and hand over the money, there's proof. The newspapers might. It's illegal to put a skirt on and go down to the street to entice clients. It's illegal put a red light in your window and sit in it.

Now then, clients. It's LEGAL to pay for sex. However, and this is a big however, if you are found with a lady and she has been coerced (trafficked) or underage, you will be charged with rape.

You can be compelled to be a witness in any case and you probably will be if you are caught up in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you are seriously worried book an OUTCALL to a discreet hotel.

    Hate to contradict you but,
It is illegal to advertise sexual services, ie prostitution, in Ireland. This was because of a media and political outcry over the infamous InDublin magazine in 1994,

its impossible to know that Lauren i know of a few independent ladies with excellent on here who were working alone but when visiting a county for a week, say they came on the 4th, fine but then few days later another escort arrived at the premises.then technicality she was an independent and its then a brothel. Hate to point this out but you won't find a internet site hosted in Ireland if you tried. So our advertisements, by proxy, aren't advertised here, are they?

You mean they aren't Carmel Moore?

I think that most girls who use fake pictures are agency, and that to cover the fluctuation in workforce the agency just assigns as chick to a profile as she comes along. Other chicks haven't got professional pictures and just want to work quickly.

    Caveat emptor.

Enough of the sneering smug self satisfied tone Lucy.
These sites are hosted from abroad because it is illegal to do so here. You were wrong in your previous statement and any amount of sophistry will not make it correct.

Hate to point this out to you, but you stated it was LEGAL to advertise sexual services. Obviously all this great legal advice concerns the laws in Ireland, not anywhere else, so therefore to say in is entirely LEGAL to advertise sexual services is a misinformation...

    And why the Tut tut?
