Question Report of woman selling sex in detention centres

Just heard a report on radio where women currently housed in Government run centres are "forced to sell sex " to make ends meet. What a paradox, the self same government is proposing to criminalise women who choose this profession whilst turning a blind eye to what constitutes as a form of abuse. The report mentioned that personnel working in these centres act as go liaison etc. Is that not called pimping.

Where are Ruhama now !!!!!! as their site says their objective is about....

"Supporting women affected by prostitution and trafficking. Ruhama is a Dublin-based NGO which works on a national level with women affected by prostitution".

I can see a situation emerging in the future similar to the recent Church abuse cases, where these women take an action against the state for failing to protect the them.
