Ok, one thing I noticed straight away was that there was a problem with the layout of the update rates form in a few circumstances. This was not a bug as such, it didn't render the form broken, but it did make the layout messy and harder to see what you were doing. I think this could have confused Anna or anyone else. Anyway, fingers-crossed that is resolved now.

Anna, I looked at your form. I couldn't see any actual problem for you to update the rates. Yes, "Ask" is ticked in one case and where "Ask" is ticked you cannot type in the box. This is because you can only choose one option - either "N/A" or "Ask" or enter a number - you cannot choose multiple options, for example have "Ask" ticked and then enter a number also.

If you want to enter a number instead of have "Ask" ticked, just untick "Ask"... Then you can enter a number. You are only prevented from entering a number whilst "Ask" is ticked.

I tried again from escort side and it worked for me. I changed your rate from "Ask" to 0 and then I changed it back to how it was again. Will you try one last time please? I'm mystified now

I know what you mean that it shows grey colour not black. I think that is just the browser shows grey colour automatically when field has been greyed out previously??? But it should recognise that the field is filled and accept the number.

I just looked at your profile and saw your rates changed, so I guess it finally worked for you I hope! Maybe the layout thing I fixed earlier was the problem, but it didn't instantly fix the problem for you as your browser was caching the old version.
