Pretty much a ridiculous statement do you believe in by language, obviously that's how you read people if you know how to read people body language plays a role in human interaction and ability to understand body language is a skill, one of many low skills you will learn as time goes on.
And I can tell you firsts hand I can read somebody better physically meeting them better than I can type in stuff on the Internet as I subsequently learnt the hard way a week or two ago.
