I don't think you are giving the girls enough credit with that assumption. These girls for the most part are professionals and when they have agreed a price either above or below their preferred rate they will put as much effot and passion into each appointment.

Better to ask what does cost certain service than be suprised when girl with advertised prices will says in the middle of the session:this costs extra, this costs other extra etc
So better to ASK for exactly what you are looking for and get a correct reply, no bad suprices in the session than.

I used to work in finance, and we could offer to give up some of the commission to the client
