You could be right about the fantasy part for some guys. These would be a minority though.
I think the vast majority of guys would be similar to myself and just try to put the thought of all the other guys out of their mind.

I think it is a totally inappropriate question. I would never ask such a question — it almost makes it sound like a conveyor belt

What business is it for any client to as a lady how many guys has she seen that day? As to why anyone would want to know in the first place is beyond me.
