I don't know how one can have a favourite colour when it comes to lingerie — different ladies with different completions will look so different in different colours, what suits one may not suit another!

Quite right. Hair colour, skin tone, even eye colour.

Very hard to find a good colour to go with white/pink skin

I don't agree that white goes best on so-called 'black' skin (a weird word since I never actually met anyone with very much 'black' skin) There are some rich ruby reds and purples that go really well with darker skin.

I do tend to agree with black being the best colour to go with a lighter skin tone, but particularly with blonde hair; with dark hair its not so clear.
