Paranoia over health issues

Does anyone have a paranoia or excessive fear over catching or transmitting something to an escort that prevented them from performing some favs? I know that excessive caution is required for this line of business but for me, having a medical background which feeds my paranoia, know that even kissing possesses the possibilities to transmit many diseases. So in regards to kissing and oral sex for example, how does the client/ escort know that their mouths are free from organisms of Herpes, HPV, Syphilis, ect. Should first timers get tested before their first visit? And what about HPV for which there's no viable test?

I go by my own experiences.
I have visited nearly 150 escorts and always have owo.
Ten years of regular punting.
I never caught anything and I've been tested to prove this.
Based on this I believe visiting escorts is safe.

Everybody is different and what some consider risk, others don't. I'm no expert when it comes to health concerns, but many reports suggest it's cleaner and safer with escorts than with your average nightclub/dating site hookup. I guess that's because escorts are very educated in relation to sexual health and therefore, are more careful.

To answer from a personal view. I would be concerned to do certain things with anyone I didn't full know, beit an escort or a random woman. OWO would concern me, I don't understand how an escort could offer this to every client in a safe way? That may sound ignorant, but as far as I'm aware it's high risk.

I have covered this issue in some of my previous posts; however two headline points,
(1) previous client gets owo, you are next with owo, you are exposed to previous client and escort across a range of virus and bacteria
(2) even the most to date HIV test does not cover the last 28 days, so someone says they are tested on a regular basis must state this caveat, in saying that owo is low risk for HIV, quite low but possible.

In all fairness we are all exposed to viruses everyday.
We don't catch them all do we?

No Escort is obliged to offer any service if she feels it is a health risk. If she has any concerns she is able to withdraw that service and I would imagine most do, because it is their health too. Just because it is on their favs list, does not mean they offer it without discrimination.
