    It is far from what I'd consider "healthy". It does give you a lift it you are feeling tired but it is not something you would want to to drink to much of.

    I would be thinking twice about the Viagra - I have heard some nasty things about it. What has your doctor said about it?

    i didnt bother with the doctor, friend gotem for me over the internet, simlar to viagra they say, not bad stuff

    Yes alot bad side affects there i knoe but no point visitin if you cant get it up, on one ocasions i was told by the escort it was hurtin her as it gone a little soft so if it works alittle it better than the altearnative aint it

    I have had "stage fright" a couple of times in the past - looking back I think it was more to do with nerves as I was new to punting and not use to having such drop dead gorgeous women stripping off in front of me

    Actually, exercising with red bull is a very bad idea.

    The high caffeine content will act as a diuretic and will have you dehydrated in no time, added to the taurine will also act as a stimulant or doping agent which might boost performance on the day but will not be to any benefit to your muscle mass and overall fitness.
    Also, the very high sugar content is the wrong type of energy to give your body during intense training, beceause unlike protein which grow muscle , sugar metabolises into fat , and you don't want that.
    Finally it has no minerals or other nutriment to replenish you during and after effort.
    The only thing it will give you is a heart attack especially if you are getting back into shape, and cramps and sore muscles.

    What you want is an isotonic drink, that will actually hydrate you while replenishing your levels of nutriment, minerals......

    Your body will thank you for it!!

    I see regularly every day grossly obese people (for what ever reason) who must find sex very difficult. but presumably they manage it

    The ones I feel sorry? for are those locked up in prisons around the world. They can smuggle in drugs etc in condoms, but have no other use for same.
