A few years ago I went up to 95Kg but I have come down to 80Kg. I might try and shed another couple of kilos — exercise is the best method IMO

I would cut out the bread. Try those wraps you can buy in those old el paso bag and just put some chicken in it, some tomato, a bit of sauce of some kind. Have you got a indoor bike? Perhaps invest in one, 2 half hour sessions a day on mild resistance works wonders I feel.
You are basically burning a lot of calories while putting a decent amount in.
So my daily food would be.
Bowl of Kellogs cornflakes
Spaghetti Bolognese weight watchers (300kcal) Very useful and less than other brands
And then my main dinner I mentioned above
Pear/Apple.
Stick to this and add the excercise to it which I do and you will lose weight.
Just in the middle of this myself went up a few stone after injury kept me out of football for a while. Main thing I would tell anyone getting fit is just don't let your head drop if you go through periods of not seeing results it will plateau every now and then just change up what you are doing a bit.
