Try a PM. You're much more likely to get a response especially if you can see if the escort is logged onto the site at the time you send it.

I have tested it: emails received from link on profile going to the Spam.

I have used email to escort and have got back reply as escort was not sign up to pm. PM is the best way and you should pm plan early and most escorts reply.
