Thanks ladies. I knew you'd understand my situation.

I'll try the mousse. Not a mouse.

In America your waist is your bottom third.

I have been using the Head and Shoulders one for the last few weeks and it's ok up until evening time. But then my hair loses it's vitality and bounce. But it still keeps it's shine. People used to comment on my luscious full locks of hair but not anymore.

Worse, the 2 in 1 shampoos use plastic based conditioners to coat your hair, I used to work in the retail industry, avoid at all costs. Use a separate shampoo & conditioner & to get the maximum benefits from your conditioner, towel dry your hair first to remove excess moisture.

I saw some consumer show years ago, the time when Jason mcateer was advertising 'wash and go'. Apparently they are the worst thing you can use on your hair, they contain some kind of silicates that build up in the hair with continued use., but I suppose if that happens you can shear it all off and start again with a proper regime.

Swarfega removes the plastic polymers left by 2 in 1 shampoos.
