Can an escort and a client be friends? Or is there too much of a conflict of interest for them to become true friends??

I know we can be friendly with the ladies and enjoy their company very much, -but; wouldn't you expect the ladies to keep a professional attitude at all times, which creates a barrier to true friendships been formed.

After all, the ladies provide a service, which is payed for, much the same as your accountant or solicitor for example. And yes I know you can be friendly with you accountant or solicitor, but are you ever truly friends?

Just posing the question, and all views on the subject are welcome!!!

NO, maybe distant friends but generally its not a good idea and in most cases can see it ending bad.

    Different for other people maybe.
Very annoying when a lovely millionaire asks will you marry him but privacy is privacy and I haven't seen his bank statement yet - may change my mind then
Wonderful how money solves so many problems is life
I don't believe money solves any problems Josephine....

Would you really marry someone just because they had a heaving bank balance??

This may cause a ruckus, which is the last thing I want.....but IMO escorts and clients can't be friends simply because you can't buy friendship!!!

Before this truly question can be answered one needs to define "friend" IMO.

I would say there are many different interpretations of what a friend is. There is also the professional boundary between the client and escort that needs to be taken into account and respected.

If I am to be honest I would consider some of the ladies I have met on here as friends, but that is what I call a friend and I understand that the relationship I have with them is not the same as that with a mate who lives down the road and will ring up up to go for a pint with them.

The most important bit is to respect them and their professional boundaries!

Yea but u don't have as much fun when your with your solicitor or accountant do you? But seriously i wouldn't say it was impossible for a client & escort to form a friendship yes it has it's risks as Josephine pointed out but whose to say that would happen. Or am i just been to naive?

I think that yes, you can be friend with a client\ escort, help and trust each other ( although this would be very rare because it's hard to open yourself in front of someone you met trough this job). But i see it tricky....yes, you are friends but it's something just between the two of you. You wouldn't introduce the escort to your real friends and she wouldn't introduce you to hers. So....would it be a secret friendship?!
    You.Me.Whipped cream.Handcuffs.Any questions??

Well I had a case where an escort would have met my mother - but my mother wouldn't have known what this lady did for a living. As far as she was concerned I knew her through a club I was involved in.

LOL - It was not like that at all. I needed something collected and delivered for my mother and this lady lived very close by whereas I was much further away. She offered to do it for me to help me out as I was up to my eyes with another situation.

But you see you have mentioned "friends" and then "real friends".

I guess what I was asking is can a client/escort ever be "real friends"

Personally, I would be friendly with a couple of ladies from this website. I enjoy their company & have a great time in their presence. Yet, while we may be friends of sorts, I would never class out relationship as "real". There are professional boundaries which I expect & respect!!
