Christmas food whats with sprouts and their affects on us
Why do sprouts do what they do to you. Being lady - like cos we all do know the affect that they do have, but the worst part is that the expression "silent but deadly" comes to mind..........
Always blame it on the dog or cat or kids......... thats my way out of it - i wouldn't even mind but i hate them i never eat them except at Christmas, and even as i am eating them i think how repulsive they are.
Any stories about foot and its affects, oh and by the way i am lactose intollerant - that has the same affect - so when on a diet i drink milk so that whatever i eat just goes straight through me - I know too much information..... xxx Lizzy
