    Smile A few good lizzy's

Now that legal proceedings are afoot RE: Liz vs the state of Ireland including Rockall and the peoples republic of Cork including Mayfield. I feel it an opportune moment to ask what is your favorite courtroom film of all time ?

Mine would have to be the aptly named for Escorts modern classic, A few good Men starring Tom Cruise, Demi Moore and Jack Nicholson. It just gets better every time [kinda like Lizzy]

Sorry Liz but my giblets are non refundable as I don’t know what you’ve been doing with them and my darling and sexy Liz, wing tip on heart this is only a joke thread and I in no way was having a go at you but if you really are considering legal action on being slandered then you also have to concede that you have also slandered people here and in effect slandered the whole population of Ireland, so what’s next? You take all the people who said bad things about the Uk to the old bailey, come on Liz, this slander route is as much a non runner as an ole battery hen in a non free range chicken factory. How are you or anyone going to match up a username to an actual person. If that’s the advice given by your solicitor then they must have graduated from the Mickey Mouse academy of law. You have been wronged here by a lot but you also have wronged people so like you say, everyone put up the white, bullet riddled flag and move on before you get yourself banned Liz. I like you and would miss your cute little xenophobic ass around the place. Sorry if this thread offended you as that was not my intention. I’m a peace lovin cock. I had you pegged as someone who has a sense of humour as well as a few issue's and would see the funny side of taking a country to court via the goings on in a knocking shop forum.

Is Xmas still on Liz or am I gonna be eating turkey sarnies till next Easter?

I go there all the time, but have you been lately..? I would have thought it is a lot bigger than your average tesco's metro

Would you believe these days we even have posh food shops in Dublin?

Lets see Donnybrook has Donnybrook Fair, then there is a super posh supermarket called Nolans on the Northside no less...

    Mmmmmmmmmmm

A few of my favourite things - used to "smuggle" them over to the Uk, when I still lived there.

    Superquinn sausages
    Batch Bread
    Irish Bread in general
    Irish Bacon
    Irish meat - all traceable
    Irish creamy butter
    Double Centers
    Clonilkilty Pudding

And of course - the Black Stuff!!!

and Red Jemmy to warm you up

and fresh caught fish off the boat at Howth

All good stuff - Thank God I moved here!

    So true.

The UK used to have a couple of local specialities we didn't get here, but then Tescos, M&S etc all came to Ireland and now we have everything the UK has to offer.

However the UK is still missing some great Irish food

Jaysus mouse, now you're bringing back some fond memories. Does anybody out there remember Savage Smyth and Taylor Keith, I think it was called. Pure watered down shite, but ffs it was all we had in those days. A red lemonade, a 99, a one-and-one from Burdocks, a flagon of Bulmers and a fag or a grope behind the bicycle shed. Priceless.

And they call this f***ing progress. I vote that we petition Patricia to establish a new nostalgia forum for the ageing/aged/retired/medical card holding/grey haired bolshie protesting members of E-I. FFS those people were out protesting against the Vietnam war in the 1960s and they still take to the streets to protest against the government's shitty actions while the pampered youth of Ireland are content to sit on their well-upholstered arses and complain about the price of cocktails and the dort being 5 minutes late.

Come on people, stand up for you dads. After all, they stood up for you when it really mattered.
