Program to blur out the face?

I would be very grateful for help in finding a computer program to blur out face please.
I want one that is very professional,not just a paint job.It would need to be compatible with windows vista.

Ive google searched but cannot find what I am looking for.Any help would be appreciated.

Go for simple, free/cheap software as it will do what you want. I had a good, basic programme but got big ideas and bought one of the fancy ones. When I opened the box, I discovered the manual was about two inches thick!! I went back happily to my original programme.

I do not know about other guys but I find blurred faces a big turn off. Use other strategies like masks, veils, deep shadow etc.

I've just spent the last hour trying to blur/pixelate my face in a sexy pic of mine using those websites you guys mentioned!! But i cant seem to get it!!
I was able to do it on photobuket, but alas they dont let you keep the naughty ones on that site!! Maybe i will get a visit from one of you savy boys one day and i will get my school uniform on for a lesson!!! He he!!!

Yeah the blurred faces are a bad idea. Just don't try wearing a rain jacket back to front with the hood up! One profile on this site like that already and its a bit freakish

I have the best program available for blurring - photoshop and it doesnt take hardly anytime at all to blur a face, since Ive done it loads of times before. I love working with Photoshop and will get you your photos back the same day. If you need anything else done, like retouching, lightening, lighting effects, taking out flaws or background objects, I can do that also. I think if you are in a big city, it isnt so important to blur the face, but for touring the smaller towns, where we can be recognized, this is the fastest and surest way to bring trouble upon us.
