I always use a punting sim, so the numbers don't worry me too much. However, these lists contain names/usernames and physical descriptions.
To be honest, I don't give a crud about a list of bad/threatening/theiving (etc.) clients. What I object to is the escorts compromising the privacy of the decent guys who treat them properly. A respectful, good client does not expect or deserve to be put on a database which is then distributed among 20 (or more) girls - and anyone else they care to show them to.
Surely you can see why people would object to ths?

A physical description won't be enough to identify most people so that isn't a big concern either.
