I'm a Vet, and I recommend you put a mixture of butter, honey, mustard and cillit bang on it

Sounds like friction to me and the rash is simply a skin irritation. Try using some savlon cream 3 times a day and some Caldesene powder two or three times a day. The cream will prevent an infection and the medicated powder will keep the area dry to prevent more irritation. If symptoms get worse or are still the same in 3 days go to your local GP but I think you will be fine..

After two years of learning about diseases I think I have all of them pretty studied up He will be fine in 2 or 3 days..
