Its only your word that she is even an Escort and even at that being an Escort for time, dinner etc is not illegal.

You could be her partner, spouse, bit on the side, whatever, and your encounter be perfectly legal. I assume having money in your pocket is still not illegal in this country so having it on you upstairs is not an issue.

Basically, surely its not illegal for an Escort to have sex with someone on a personal level whilst perhaps working before or after, they don’t clock in and out at the door do they? So as long as no one has the telephoto lense on you when you hand over the readies or bottle it when quizzed, I can’t see what they can pin on you.

I don't see what crime you could be comitting by visiting an independent escort in her private apartment.
