OK this is just an idea - so I expect to get flamed!
But what if an Escort could give a certain code or phrase (like the word Apple?) to the client if he wanted to do a review. Then she would know it was genuine. It could even be agreed with E-1, so they could know that any reviews that didnt include the code were suspect.

There are other obvious solutions.

(1) A punter should be a member for at least three months before he is allowed to review.

(2) The first five reviews should all carry a "not verified" warning.

(3) Reviews should be subject to some scrutiny somewhere along the line and those that are suspect should be dealt with by seeking clarification from the reviewer via a private message or email from administration.

(4) No reviewer should be allowed to review the same girl over and over again. Once should be enough unless the reviewer has changed from either a positive to a negative or vice versa. Some reviewers with upwards of fifty reviews only saw about twenty girls in total.

(5) All reviews should be posted within one week of the appointment. Some people are posting three, four and even more reviews in one day, thus ensuring that their tally of reviews are getting higher giving them more standing and credibility in the eyes of adminstation.

(6) The "I smell a rat" situtation is a farce..............either a review is genuine or not. If suspected, not to be a genuine review, it should be removed.

(7) Any escort submitting a fake review either of herself or another escort should not be allowed access to the site other that to her own advert.

(8) Any punter submitting fake reviews for any reason should be banned from submitting reviews.

If all or even some of these ideas were taken on board then the review system might begin to have some real meaning. These measures would require very little extra work to administer..........probably less than it takes to currently weed out the fake reviews.

You can have the perfect system in place but as long as you put a human element into it then its flawed without punishment for offenders and The Sweetie" reg tm cant do that because shell lose either money,reviews ,posters or all three.

Many good ideas and need to be taken further because all the review system is becoming a real joke, client who backmail when u refuse to see them to write a bad review and so one. And the one u have the odacity to review you even without meeting you. And the nasty looser who have nothing else to do with their time than annoying ladies.

Its the human element not the system.We can or sorry we no no no you can have the perfect system in place (democracy) and once you put it in the hands of humans then its only as good as their word is good.Only way to deal with it is punishment and if "The Sweetie" reg tm or "Shadow Sweetie" start banning ppl there wont be many left and Pat will have to do more brain scanning while Sarah will have to rely on Jakes pocket money to survive.

That's not a bad idea Roryman, not bad at all. Something like that would be the easiest way of making sure that the reviewer was actually with the escort. I don't know how it would work in practice, but, it's still an interesing idea. Of course this doesn't solve the fake reviews from the escorts themselves.

Magicman has lots of good ideas too, but, some of them are unworkable. Not every punter is dishonest and writing reviews that are lies. If somebody has to wait 3 months before they can write a review they might never write a review. And since there is few enough people reviewing as it is, can We really afford to lose those punters who might only ever write one or maybe two reviews.

EI would then contact the escort and confirm that the guy with this number was actually with Her, then the review would be let through. Of course, this is open to abuse from the escorts. Becuase the escort can just deny that a client with that number was with Her. Of course this would mean that the escort would also have to keep a record of every client's number. But only for a week, because, like Magicman says, if the review isn't written inside a week then it isn't valid.

EI wouldn't have to check every review, just do a spot check every now and then and, of course, the bad reviews. But, I suppose a person writing a false review would probably leave false information as well, but a genuine reviewer will leave proper information and if the escort gets a bad review and denies that the client was with her, then, it's easy to contact the punter and check.

Oh, don't worry I can see lots of problems with that system as well. Like people might not leave reviews at all now if they have to leave so much information. And that maybe some people will not like to be contacted afterwards.
